Refund policy

[In-Person Tours]
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:

・7 or more days before the tour date (Japan time): 10% of the booking price
・3 to 6 days before the tour date (Japan time): 50% of the booking price
・Within 48 hours of the tour start time (Japan time): 100% of the booking price

We may cancel the tour on the agreed date if weather conditions, official measures, strikes, or other unforeseeable external circumstances beyond our control (particularly events of force majeure) make it impossible or significantly hinder or endanger the tour. In this case, the booking price paid for the canceled tour will be refunded.

[Online Japanese Lessons]
Once the lesson fee has been paid, it is non-refundable, even in the case of absence or cancellation. However, if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, we can reschedule it for you.
