Refund policy

[In-Person Tours]
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:

・7 or more days before the tour start time (Japan Standard Time): 10% of the booking price

・More than 48 hours but less than 7 days before the tour start time (Japan Standard Time): 50% of the booking price

・Within 48 hours of the tour start time (Japan Standard Time): 100% of the booking price

We may cancel a tour if weather conditions, official restrictions or measures, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events, make it impossible to conduct the tour or significantly hinder or endanger its safe operation.

In the event of such a cancellation by us, the booking price paid for the canceled tour will be refunded.

[Online Japanese Lessons]
Once the lesson fee has been paid, it is non-refundable, even in the case of absence or cancellation. However, if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, we can reschedule it for you.
